PAYMENT
You are able to purchase through our secure payment processing partners PAYPAL Account including all major credit/debit cards. If you would prefer to phone us we are able to take direct payment via our shop's own Streamline Card Terminal on 01451 810696.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
For UK mainland addresses we offer FREE postage and packing on orders over £30.00, for all other purchases there will be a standard postal fee of £3.00.
We strive to send out all items within a day or two of receipt of payment, usually by standard 2nd class post. If you wish anything further please email us.
If you enter an address outside the UK when placing an order, a standard £5.00 Europe rate and an £8.00 Worldwide rate will apply - this covers additional airmail postage, insurance and a signature via international signed for.
If you require an exact Overseas Postage rate then please email us at blissatbourton@live.co.uk with what you wish to purchase and we will quote an exact price by return.
RETURNS
If you receive your purchase and it is faulty or damaged in any reasonable way, we are happy for you to return it to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging. On receipt of the item we will issue a refund. You may wish to contact us prior to returning any item so that we are able to deal with your request promptly and correctly. Any other reason for return of goods will be considered on an individual basis, via our email blissatbourton@live.co.uk Thank you.
PACKAGING
We pack all our orders with great care to ensure they get to you in the absolutely best possible condition.
