PAYMENT
You are able to purchase through our secure payment processing partners PAYPAL including the use of all major credit/debit cards. If you would prefer to phone us we are able to take direct payment via our shop's own Streamline Card Terminal on 01451 810696.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
For UK mainland addresses we offer FREE postage and packing on orders over £30.00, for all other purchases within the UK there will be a standard postal fee of £3.00.
We strive to send out all items within a day or two of receipt of payment, usually by standard 1st class post. If you wish anything further please email us.
OVERSEAS
If you enter an address outside the UK when placing an order, a standard £5.50 Overseas Rate per order will apply - this cost covers postage via Air Mail. Please note that this International Rate is the total charge of an order. But if you prefer an exact Overseas Postage rate for an individual item then please email us at blissatbourton@live.co.uk with the item details you wish to purchase and we will quote the exact cost by return.
RETURNS
If you receive your purchase and it is faulty or damaged in any way, we are happy for you to return it to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging. On receipt of the item we will issue a full refund. Please contact us prior to returning any item so that we are able to deal with your request correctly. Please note that we are also happy to do item/size exchanges but this may incur additional postal costs to the customer. Any other reason for return of goods will be considered on an individual basis, via our email blissatbourton@live.co.uk. Thank you.
PACKAGING
We pack all our orders with great care to ensure they get to you in the absolutely best possible condition.
Both a gift wrapping service or gift forwarding to another recipient on your behalf are available. Please email us with details of your request.
